Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning involving various exercises to restore overall body balance. Pilates for back pain addresses each of the clients’ abilities, posture types, ages and conditions through varied exercises, to improve strength and body control. The ultimate goal is to improve function throughout your day and reduce pain through our modified exercise program.

Classes are held by APPI(The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) trained physiotherapists. An individual assessment prior to joining a Pilates class is required.

We are now hosting all our Pilates classes in a purposely built studio which is a new extension of Revive. The addition of two new Pilates reformers allow our physiotherapists to deliver specialised one-to-one sessions of higher quality.
