The warm-water hydrotherapy fitness program is tailored for 50+ youngsters. Exercise is very important for seniors to stay strong, healthy, and happy. But you have to choose exercises that are both safe and effective. Moreover, exercising in water has an added benefit as it is easy on one’s joints!

Melanie NG:

  • Mondays 9:30am
  • Tuesdays 10am
  • Fridays 10am

  • 1 session – 15 euro
  • 5 sessions – 60 euros
